Technical specifications
The LED Profile Shelf Channel is an aluminium extrusion with an opal diffuser that houses an LED strip inside the front or underside edge of a shelf, so the light source itself is never in view. It is supplied in 2000 mm and 3000 mm lengths and cut to the shelf run, which keeps the lit line continuous instead of breaking it at every module joint. The channel is recessed into a routed groove, and the aluminium body doubles as the heatsink for the strip — which is what stops an LED run dimming unevenly along its length after a few thousand hours. The natural anodised finish is left unpigmented so the visible edge of the channel reads as the same metal whatever colour the shelf is.
